This page describes how Juuso-Matias as a human being works. This page tells you the secrets in making me feel cared for and considered.

On this page, I am planning on collecting information about me as a human being. Currently the page is mostly about my diet, but I will later add some thoughts of sexuality, gender, neurotypes etc. For now, I have started by presenting this diet as it has affected my work the most.

A FODMAP-Free Diet

I have currently a strict diet that I have to follow to keep myself in working condition. Below is the list of what I have found out I can eat without my body breaking down. If I have made a human mistake with this diet, I won’t be able to work as effectively as I usually would. This is inconvenient for me, but also something that stays under control when I can follow my diet. Below are the food ingredients I am allowed to consume with ease. Please use them. I have also other ingredients that I am able to eat to a lesser degree. If you have any questions about the diet, please ask. Don’t assume as I have ended up too many times without food because of such assumptions.
